The French artist, born in Algeria, was one of the first people to do a pioneering multimedia work, since the 1970s, using the means of mass communication, the telephone or the video to explore new ways of creation that are not encompassed by the traditional art criteria. Still on the 1970s, he founded the Sociological Art Collective.
