Abstract:

 The Constelação Cultural Association has worked seriously in chaging the social behavior by using art. This Association has one project called "Netcollage Constelação" (by internet collage), to be discussed in this congress. Since 1995, the Association has been giving the opportunity to the lowest social caste .


The site "Netcollage Constelação" shows the Association's work in the internet. The purpose of this site is to increase the field of the art, to show cultural identities by use of art, to joint the cultural differences, to use the best of technology and informations, to make cultural products in interacting with people in the world and to help how to choose in the most recent ways of life, changing the point of view and acting in individual and social behaviours.


So, we have as a proposal one kind of navigation which would like to try selecting images, about keys subjects that include the human being, to make a collage by Internet. It is na important practice to enrich the discution. However, the individual and poster section, wich show a more practice profile, are totaly according with de "Netcollage Constelação" project.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Navigating along the Plastic Arts, selecting parts of thematic images (related to human relations) as to create his/her own interpretation in a Netcollage (collage at Internet). This will enable him/her to take part in the development of our site and in the intermuseum collection.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Using Arts to sensitize the user by means of artistical, social and cultural issues;
Enhance the individual's universe and exchange cultural trends;
Stimulate the Internet user to actively participate in the site development.

GOALS
Promote collage of plastic arts in the world, in the same way the samplers promoted musical collage;
Have suggestions from the public as to improve the site with new thematic images;
Stimulate a new vision of the society using the creative experience offered by the netcollage;
Develop a CDs collection with the outstanding editions, works of art, users' netcollages and links to similar sites;
Develop a database as a collaborative work with Internet users.

First Page
A scene forms several images. Each image represents a theme. The selection of a thematic image creates a link to a second page.
Second Page and so on: Works of Art
(Navigating along thematic images)
Presents a work of art on a selected theme. Some parts of the composition may refer to the same theme or it may completely change this theme. Also, other links may be opened into other pages, and so on.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The user creates his/her own page
Parts of a work of art is selected (thematic image and/or his/her own image) and the user will be able to create his/her own netcollage in a blank page.

REQUESTS: We would appreciate to have the following:
Opinions on the experienced navigation;
Suggestions on selection of themes and types of Arts;
The netcollage produced by the user;
Works of Art and/or thematic images.

She has had classes of design, paint and graffiti at government schools, cultural events of the São Paulo Government and countryside, where she have acting as a coordenation assistant. 1995 She has criated the Constelação Project and has founded the Constelação Cultural Association, teaching art and education to the lowest social caste. 1995/98 She has worked in the Constelação Cultural Association; has been giving classes to the third age at the São Judas Tadeu University, she worked with group dinamics at Citibank and she has accomplished events of the Association. Individuals Expositions 1993 " Despertar " , Sesc Niterói - Rio de Janeiro e Barra Mansa. She have had expositions in São Paulo and in countryside. " Em Trânsito ", Legislative Assembly - São Paulo. Collective Expositions 1981/83 Salão do Jovem Artista, Cultural Center of Porto alegre - Rio Grande do Sul. Açoiranos and La Gioconda Galleries.
Paiva, Fabio. I research on cultural diversity and its dynamic. I work on broadcasting and independent video production, specifically in animation and editing. I developed a news system file to focus the importance of some cultural behaviouring (intransigency, stimulation, transformation,.......) in the dinamic of a productive system (energy, potency, politics,.......). The objective of this system is to analyse the influence of the culture on the economy. I have studied Arts, Publicity and Sociology .
