Memo Akten is an artist, researcher and philomath who works with themes that include nature, science, computing, technology, ethics, tradition and religion. He is a PhD candidate at Goldsmiths College, University of London, in England, in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning and man-made interaction. At Itaú Cultural he is showing the works Learning to See: Gloomy Sunday (2017) and Deep Meditations: A Brief History of Almost Everything in 60 Minutes (2018).
